I already check this website 2-3 times a day, and I live in an unusual time zone, so I think I am a perfect candidate.

My policies:
1) Mainly I am interested in reducing spam. I will use my banhammer liberally to defeat naggers.net, that CP site, soyjaks, and any other spam I see.
2) Shitposting and bait is fine but there are limits. For instance, there only needs to be one man-hating thread and one penis thread. Posting many low-quality threads with the same general theme, or constantly bumping such threads with low-quality posts, makes you suspect.
3) /gov/ discussions should either be respectful or playful. Anything else is suspect.
4) Regarding the Polish Question: I don't speak Polish, but I believe they deserve a reservation. /3/ should be Polish territory, all posts in non-Polish languages should be deleted. 
5) I don't really have a fifth point.

We would maybe need to consider timezones too, I'm too lazy to apply rn, but if there's nobody else that can cover these hours I could reconsider.

Even if that was true, it's disruptive to the site since the userbase generally doesn't have interest in that shit. People seeking out kiddydiddling images have so much better places to go, for example 4cuck /b/ happens to be producing cutting edge ethical child molesting content with artificial intelligence these days. There's obvious methodological problem with just going around interview kids about their stance on child porn, especially since that would be in most case their first introduction to the concept. Best we can do is to interview ex-kids about their experiences with industry. I think it's well established that most of them think it's bad.

Furthermore, even regardless of the annoyances of it (which are important), it's just plain old generic edgelordism that every imageboard gets every day. It's like the two polish politics spammers (stormfag and ukrainefag), I'd be more liberal towards them and soykids if they weren't just repeating the same shit as every other imageboard, being propagandic wankers rather than caring about this site.

The point being, if we want this site to be worth visiting for ourselves, we should continue nuking the pointless rubbish, even if we want to keep the other rubbish we don't like.
