The next one is called a terroryaki. It's very full bodied, so you only want a little bit to sip:
a splash of dark rum
a splash of rice wine (I used chinese cooking wine)
use a teaspoon to slowly dribble in homemake teriyaki sauce (sugar, soy, rice wine or mirin cooked for a few minutes)
Be careful with the teriyaki, you just want it there for a touch of salt and complexity so put as little as you can until you taste it.
