3. cut them (office guillotine is really useful here)
4. cook some wheatpaste
5. go out at night and stick them in places

Here's one of many I made, it says:

Why laser printer? Because its prints are not affected by water; and wheatpaste is guess what... water!

In my own case, I'm thinking of quoting very obscure laws of practical usefulness (like non-violent theft of first-necessity  food not being a crime constitutionally) , or minute yet infuriating 
 local historical events, etc 
and maybe some shitpost conspiracy theories of leftist parties throwing shit at each other because of obscure historiographic quarrels.

Crimethinc have some good advice and some terrible. One of their guides unironically has a section on "casting spells" like a retard.

Could get out the old /i/nsurgency guide, but a lot of that was useless fantasies of 2000s nerdy teenagers.

One of the advice was to oder people stuff with "purchase  orders" or something like that; it was very US-centric.

In 2009 I made a good use of this and locally it became known as "zamawiać zlewy". You order someone lots and lots of things from different online stores. Not only your target is receiving unwanted visits from couriers for about a week or two, some time later they'll have to go to police multiple times and explain that they never ordered this stuff, and they won't pay shipping costs. Bonus points if it's done with hacked e-mail account of your victim.

TBH it's like throwing shit at fan - pointless, not very harmful but it's funny.
