I will not contest this point, but I will emphasize: clothes can be sexier than nudity, in many ways.
Like >>14983 says, most or all of us here live in societies that repress yet prize nudity, and despite that, I reckon I could post a picture of the same person nude and in certain outfits and you'd consider the outfits more sexy. Not in a 'covering up ugly' way, not in a 'this clothing is my fetish' way, but because of what the clothing symbolizes and signals, or even just simply how it complements the body.
