Put you on any rigid pose or asana everyday and see if at some point you achieve relaxation bacause muscles and body tension get relaxed. This what Crowley suggest in Ashtanga yoga sense. The navy seals do something similar to turn to sleep and relax, or tense every specific muscle and do body scan and keep doing until you achieve no-body tension. But take it easy, not too hard not too hardcore. Later add some pranayama or breathwork (a good pulmonar energized organs are good for breathing)
