(44.5KB, 491x611) I'm a supplier and I want to share my experience so other manufacturers can be careful.
A company from the USA emailed me offering to export my products to Brazil. They looked professional at first.
The company that contacted me was BlackStone Solutions, LLC – they stated they export to Latin America – Cheyenne, WY, USA – blackstonebeats.com – info@blackstonebeats.com
After I started looking into this further, I connected with other people who described similar experiences. They said they were approached by different companies that appeared to be connected:
APPLY2UNI SDN. BHD. – export to Southeast Asia – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – uni-com.org – hello@uni-com.org
Next Worldwide – to India – New Delhi, India – ftfworldwide.org – info@ftfworldwide.org
What happened in my case:
They asked for my catalogues and price lists. They invited me to a Teams meeting, where we discussed exclusive rights and documents needed from my side. They wanted me to sign an exclusive contract for 1-3 years. Then they said I needed a QCC (Quality Confirmation Certificate) for the importing country.
They declined certificates from companies like Intertek and Bureau Veritas. Instead, they said I should use their partners. Other people I spoke with mentioned these names:
Silk Road Discovery – silkroadcf.com – silkroadcf@silkroadcf.com
Tomeron – tomeron.org – office@tomeron.org
TLC GROUP – tlc-connect.com – info@tlc-connect.com
Generation World – generations-c.com – info@generations-c.com
I paid 4900 eur for the certificate. After 35 days, I received a certificate that contained no real proof of testing or verification. After that, nothing happened. They answered my emails at first, but after I asked specific questions, they stopped responding.
The contract is written in a way that makes legal action very costly. The court is neutral and there are no efforts mentioned to promote the goods.
I have seen reviews online. I am sharing this based on my own experience. Please do your own research before signing anything.
