dont know, from what know it a syntom of imagination, deppresion, and other things not so bad.

dont know, back in time i executed a lbrp and my inner monologue and daydreams stopped a little.
Other times i did the GPR in the bathroom and the angryness go away
Other times did a custom lbrp and i ended with a calm quiet and a sensation and cleanliness that started to clean the house and rooms (you're supposed to get a sacred place sensation not this but cool anyway)
One day i just started to chant while meditating and get same effect. if you do metta is (maybe) interesting to do.
Maybe it just the vagus nerve working or some form of placebo, exercise to focus relaxation and etc, maybe it just grounding techniques
who knows...

There are too many variables to know to me.

Check your brain or go to a (scientific) mage called medic

Check your psychological life development, traumas and etc and go to a (psychologist) mage from behaviour to cognitive to psychoanalysis (i dont respect the last ones)

Check your subtle body or something and find a (healer shaman spiritualist) of some religion and try (maybe) it things or magic powers (or placebo or hypnosis)

Check your birtchart of astrology, maybe there's some fun

Practice grounding techniques, you dont need ritual. Have healthy routines and habits.
