The Eristic and Aneristic principle are the opinions that either Disorder or Order is better than the other.
In reality they're delusions. Man-made divisions of Chaos.
They don't work with percentages in contrast, because they're not graspable. Chaos is a Discordant Flux, which is in constant (im)balance. The tide of this flux is constantly in motion, influenced by literally everything as it is the very cosmogony that makes up the world (Entropy).
There is no such thing as objectivity, and the Sacred Chao cannot be observed with any measurable certainty. As such its current tide looks different to everyone. Eris reflects this by speaking to us through our pineal gland, telling us things that may be paradoxical to what She told others.
As instruments to Eris' will we strive to "correct" the Sacred Chao to Keep it (Keepers of the Sacred Chao) in our preferred view of (im)balance.
In doing so, we challenge norms, values and everything else that surrounds us. Discordians rarely agree.
There's nothing wrong with deluding yourself into believing in the division of Chaos into Order and Disorder, however nothing can be gained from it. The individual observations are meaningless.
