How do I manage to build a (male)body ,aesthetic? Like, do i do less reps/less weight for some muscles but overdose on other muscle groups? How do I avoid a bulky/strongat body,or a comically dispropportionate body part? are there any books about this?
Please do one comically dispropotionate bodypart, preferably unsymmetric. Aesthetics are wrong and should be fixed.

I've recently stopped eating. It's going quite well. I'm also pretty sure I have diabetes and my feet are dying.

Update: I started training very obscure muscles that no gym goer or bodybuilders ever train. I will reach old age with a fully funcional, non-aged skeletal muscle structure.
