This didn't come out of the blue, text-to-image research has been progressing steadily for years now and this is just the latest step, in a few years it'll be dramatically better with greater artistic control.
Personally I eagerly await the day I can commission doujinshi which perfectly match my kinks without actually paying a human.

Customization, it's equivalent to commissioning work from an infinitely patient artist who doesn't mind constantly reworking parts to better match what you want.
