Sleep deprivation is dangerous bacause fuck your health, it can be good for little suggestionability or for turning you more into the paranoid-apopheny mindset but is very dangerous for your health doing it too much.

something like this and once you get the message, probably best to hang up the phone. the long distance charges can add up before you know it and you definitely don't want to go over the minutes in your service plan and end up getting disconnected.
