I'm definately a anarchist and disorder will always rule over your petty, stupid, little laws whether you like it or not. Don't lick the boots, bite the apple bitches!
Why Disorder over Order?
Both are elements of Chaos.
Anarchism is to choose one over the other.
It's not Erisian at all.

is true, the amount of order feels obnoxious
but also when I look, the world seems more disorderly by the day
then I remember, increase in order leads to increase in disorder, and the other cabbage
order and disorder dance like the spinning of the chao
try not get driven over by that
Order is important for understanding. Disorder is accidental knowledge. Together they make up everything.
I believe the Eristocracy is a better system than Anarchism.
anarchism is lame. I dislike it when one company owns an entire industry.
Although anarchism has its problems, peoples kneejerk reaction to the term proves to me that anarschism is a valuable form of wasting time. You just gotta be a bit more creative than just going around the streets hitting people in the face and claiming that there's "no ruulz".

What's creative about there being no rules?
Freedom is boring, democracy proved that much.

Firstly democracy has very little to do with freedom; the actual thing, or the americanised propaganda term. Secondly, anarchism in reality is less about there being no rules, but a set of strategies to ignore the rules that are stupid and counterproductive without suffering the legal consequences.
Chaos can be beautiful. But it can never last.

I'd argue it may never end. If it does in your reality tunnel you are at least as delusional as I am.

former anarchist here. freedom has no meaning since our life is trash, free will isn't real and our existence is a humiliation. take the borg pill, it's the only way to break free.

I was just half halfheartedly shitposting, trying to juxtapose the "true (insert your ideology here) has never been tried" cliche with an ancap/anarcho-primitivist motif… a caveman holding a stone carved check was the best I could come up with. Anyway, I've a read a bit about Spanish style anarcho-syndicalism, but don't know much about the Ukraine in this regard. Sounds interesting. What little I know of the current situation in Ukraine is that expats from wealthier countries have been relocating there due to the uncertainty discount offered up by the political instability. Cheap living in a relatively well developed country. Any sauce you'd recommend to further investigate Ukraine in relation to anarchism?

i would tell you all i know about anarchist ukraine but i'm too fucken lazy. Basically, once upon a time in russian occupied ukraine there was a guy named Nestor Ivanovich Makhno. he and his band of friends were anarchists and didn't like the rich nor the tsar at all. that's why they robbed them and sometimes killed them. Nestor, after evading capital punishment cuz his mom did some weird shit with his birth date and evading a life sentence cuz the february revolution happened and it freed all the political prisoners, he would come back to eastern Ukraine, Hulyaypolye, his home village, and basically be a legend and make his friends even more anarchist. then, after russia got really fucked up with them whites and reds, Makhno created his own side by taking advantage of the political turmoil, The Free Territory of Ukraine with its Revolutionary Insurrectionary Army of Ukraine (the Black Army). they would fight the whites, alternately fight reds and be friends with them, and sometimes fight germans invited to ukraine by lenin. Makhnovshchina was not yet entirely anarchist, although regional councils were a thing and land was redistributed amongst the peasants. Their flag was badass. black, with a skull and bones and "death to all who stand in the way of getting freedom by the working class" or so.

part 2
In the end the reds betrayed the blacks one last time and destroyed the Free Territory. Makhno escaped, was prosecuted by Poland for his connections with the reds (poland was ultra "reagan" about reds at that time) but was released and spent the rest of his life in Paris, where now his ashes are.
It was good, but roosia said no. it did the same in Catalonia. And Kronstadt (read about the Kronstadt Uprising too).
here's a film that covers the story pretty well. for more you can google shit like
>black army of ukraine
>nestor makhno
>free territory of ukraine
The Kronstadt Uprising was also anarchist, but there is even less info about them.
Replies: >>295
Speaking of makhno, isn't it amazing how ISIS stole the trad anarchist aesthetic?

Seriously, thanks for all that you did explain. There are enough references here to look into and begin to learn more about the subject.
Thanks again, anon!

Can something where there is no hierarchical relationship between two things still be considered to be a hierarchy? I argue that it can, on the basis that a typical subdirectory-based file system can exist without any subdirectories.
Replies: >>2157

I'm gonna vote yes on that, we better make sure we don't run out of things to complain about.

Hierarchy means "rule by high priest", I don't see anything wrong with that.

Very nice. When I was a sysadmin I used to threaten people by telling them I'd move all of their files into one directory if they didn't shape up.

Enforced anarchy, I like it!
I call the first meeting of the Eris Liberty Front, not to be damn confused with the Erisian Liberation Front.

Let's set some ground rules. Taking requests, don't be shy.
Replies: >>2162
>>2161
>ground rules
The ground should be in a typicaly downwardly direction, and it should provide a surface which can be stood upon, although bylaws may be implemented to allow for jumbly or sploopy ground types which may arise out of necessity now and then.
Replies: >>2163
>>2162
Team of geologists must be summoned to come up with a correct consistency of ground we can then pass to the bureaucrats to enforce. Should we proceed to the summoning?
Replies: >>2164
>>2163
For bureaucrats? I would extend this to any use of french words and simply dig a trench where the bodies might be conveniently bulldozed, and then dirt bulldozed on top of them (for sanitary purposes, since there still are some common needs even as things stray toward anarchy and general disarray.)
